Its refined conception makes it ideal to be the
first little great work companion: simple to assemble but robust, fast
and silent, in short: it is small but big!
Its strengths are the robustness, thanks to the elements built in
alloy aluminum series 7000, speed and simplicity of assembly,
unsurpassed reliability.
Double section curved joint makes it ideal for transporting materials
on the roof. The lifting accessories are designed specifically for the
transport of photovoltaic panels or slabs in general, allowing their
secure attachment.
The lift, when space permits, can be mounted on the ground, lifting it
once assembly has been completed.
Alternatively, it can be mounted vertically with the help of
ropes or electric winch (optional). Subsequently, the gearmotor unit
is inserted, the electrical cables are connected, the platform and the
roof support stands are assembled: all operations that are simple and
quick with Mobilift.
The gearmotor unit, equipped with wheels, can be mounted without the need to lift it and is fixed to the base element via a single locking pin. Its frame, engine and gearbox are made of aluminium.
The refined devices of Mobilift: adjustable feet to ensure perfect support on all types of terrain, transparent cover to control the correct winding of the rope, adjustable upper and lower end-switch positions, wheel-mounted gear motor. In the DHS version: double up and down limit switches for progressive start and stop.
The lifting platform is designed for photovoltaic panels and has specific support points to anchor safely one or more panels, ensuring their integrity during transport.
Its attachment to the trolley is simple and quick: it hooks onto the top and locks with two pins. The platform is properly weighted to allow the descent without load even on roofs with low inclination.
The push arm has a rotary movement for fast opening.
When closed, the arm can be tensioned to stop the panel without damaging it.
The curved joint has a double section: unlike single section joints, it allows a greater excursion (from 10 to 60 degrees) and the transit of the load on the curve occurs with a smoother movement.
The adjustment crank acts on both sections simultaneously and can be easily operated from the roof, without the operator having to lean out in order to adjust the angle of the curve.
The panel will continue to the unloading point and can be stopped manually even before the end position. In the DHS version, there are up, down and emergency stop buttons on the head.
When reached the end stop, the panel is released via a quick release system and this can be unloaded very conveniently.
