The PiccoLift is a small elevator designed
for temporary applications where it is necessary to transport various
types of material between the ground floor and a first / second
floor or mezzanine.
Its safety and efficiency, combined with the reduced cost, make it
ideal in all those applications where the permanent installation of a
goods lift represents an excessively expensive choice.
The height can be customized according to the customer's
needs, up to a maximum of 6.8 metres. The platform also has
customizable dimensions.
Piccolift has a wide range of accessories available, the main
ones are listed further down the page. Further customizations are
possible, which the customer can request based on his needs.
The product is manufactured in Italy by our company and
complies with the European Directives 2006/42/CE (Machinery
Directive)..
The lift is equipped with a safety system which, in the event of accidental breakage of the steel cable, blocks the load, preventing it from falling. The second manual locking guarantees double safety during the loading and unloading phases or when the load must remain suspended for a long time.
The wired push button panel is equipped with an emergency stop button with key, which allows you to deactivate the lift to avoid operations by unauthorized persons.
Double push-button (standard wired + wall fixed push-button or 2 fixed wall push-buttons), if it is necessary to operate Piccolift more easily from both the bottom and top.
Wireless control panel, with the possibility of associating multiple control panels with the same lift.
The standard color is red RAL 3000, the paint is made with epoxy resins. PiccoLift can be requested in a different color, to fit the context in which it is inserted.
The retractable platform can slide inside the mezzanine (column side) for a maximum of 30 cm, thus facilitating loading and unloading operations.
Platform tilting upwards to reduce the footprint in the resting position or to allow access to the upper/lower deck even when no electricity is available, when the platform is at the top.
Platform with sides, with one or more opening sides. The sides can be extensively customized both in terms of aesthetics and materials used (horizontal or vertical steel bars, galvanised or aluminium sheet, transparent or semi-transparent PVC sheets etc.).
