The lifts equipped with DHS4 electrical panel (all elevators of the DEDALO and SKYMATE series) are natively designed for interconnection, which allows remote assistance for fault detection and resolution

By adding some devices inside the electrical panel (modem, SIM card and mini UPS), the machine can be made interconnected, offering many possibilities:

• remote control of working parameters (height, inclinations, weight loaded and much more)
• GPS location of the lift, even during transfers
• remote diagnosis with the possibility for our technicians to intervene remotely for any checks or anomalies
• modification of working parameters (maximum load capacity and much more)
• remote power off of the machine
